By nature, preserved roses are scent-neutral, as the preservation process removes their natural fragrance. At Floré, we enhance each arrangement with a subtle rose scent—complimentary and thoughtfully applied—so your bouquet smells as beautiful as it looks.

Are they safe around pets or children?

Preserved roses are treated with non-toxic, plant-based solutions and are generally safe to display. However, they’re not meant to be handled, chewed, or ingested. For safety and to preserve their beauty, we recommend keeping arrangements out of reach of pets and small children—just like you would with any delicate décor.

Do they come in a vase or box?

Each petite or grande bouquet includes both a glass vase and a keepsake box, thoughtfully selected to protect your bouquet and elevate the unboxing experience. It arrives ready to display or gift, with no extra steps needed.

Can I remove the roses from their packaging?

Each rose is set on a real preserved stem and the bouquet is wrapped for presentation, but you're welcome to remove the wrapping and style the bouquet your way. Whether you use the included glass vase or your own favorite vessel, your arrangement is ready to bloom wherever you’d like.

Can I include a gift message?

Each Petite and Grande Bouquet includes a complimentary mini note card with your custom message to make your gift feel truly personal.

Do you offer custom arrangements?

You can personalize your bouquet by selecting the wrapping color, ribbon style, rose color, and rose count. Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Where do you ship?

We offer nationwide shipping, making it easy to send Floré’s preserved bouquets anywhere in the U.S. to celebrate life’s special moments.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Exact delivery dates can’t be scheduled but you’re welcome to note your preferred date in the Order Special Instructions box. We’ll do our best to accommodate. Standard shipping takes 3–6 business days, and Express takes 1–2 business days, depending on the destination’s distance from Austin, Texas.

Will I receive tracking information?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your bouquet’s journey every step of the way.

What happens if my package is delayed?

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional carrier delays can happen. If your order is running late, we’ll keep you updated and assist however we can.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

Delivery days depend on the carrier and shipping method. Express shipping may include weekend delivery, check your tracking info for updates.

What is your return policy?

Due to the delicate and personalized nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, if something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, we’ll make it right.

What if something arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a suitable resolution.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes. Reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
